Our Landscaping & Lawn Care Services
Landscape Design & Install
From initial concept to final installation, we create outdoor spaces that reflect your vision and thrive in the Pee Dee’s unique growing conditions. Our landscape installations include everything from custom plant selections and drainage solutions to landscape lighting and natural privacy fences.
Lawn Care
Healthy lawns don’t happen by accident in South Carolina’s heat and humidity. Our comprehensive lawn care programs include fertilization, weed control, overseeding, and specialized treatments for common Pee Dee lawn problems like fire ants, grubs, and lawn diseases.
Landscape Maintenance
Consistent maintenance keeps your property looking sharp year-round. We handle everything from weekly mowing and seasonal cleanups to mulch installation, bed maintenance, and pressure washing, so you can enjoy your outdoor space without the weekend workload.
Plant & Tree Services
Trees and shrubs are significant investments in your property. Our certified team provides precision trimming and pruning, plus fertilization and pest management to keep your plants healthy and your property safe.
Irrigation Services
Water is expensive and Florence summers are unforgiving. Our irrigation services, from new system design and installation to seasonal startups, winterizations, and ongoing repairs, ensure your landscape gets the water it needs without waste.
Lawn Care & Landscaping Across the Pee Dee Region
Modern Day Landscaping serves homeowners and commercial properties throughout Florence County and the surrounding Pee Dee area. Since 2013, we’ve built our reputation on reliability, quality workmanship, and the kind of personal service that only comes from a locally owned company. When you call (843) 213-6654, you’re reaching a team that knows the difference between Centipede and Bermuda, understands how our clay soils drain, and has seen what Florence’s summer heat can do to an under-maintained landscape.
We’re not a lawn crew that disappears after one season. We’re your long-term partner for everything your property needs outdoors.

Meet the Team Behind Your Lawn
Modern Day Landscaping was founded by Keith Holloran in 2013 with a simple goal: provide Florence-area property owners with dependable, professional outdoor services they can trust. More than a decade later, that commitment hasn’t changed. What has changed is our fleet of professionally branded trucks, our expanded service offerings, and our growing list of 5-star reviews from satisfied customers across the Pee Dee.
We’re a family-owned business, and we treat every property like it’s our own. That means showing up on time, communicating clearly, and doing the work right the first time. Our team has deep roots in this community and a genuine pride in making Florence and the surrounding areas more beautiful, one lawn at a time.
